OPENING AN ACCOUNT

Your first order with H&b will be on Pro‐Forma terms. Attached with the Pro‐Forma will be a “Credit Account Application Form” (also downloadable from our website). Upon the return and completion of this form, providing it is authorised by H&b, a Credit Account will be opened.

PLACING AN ORDER

You can place an order by telephone, post, fax or email.

TELEPHONE ORDERS

When placing an order by telephone, please inform the Sales representative that confirmation will follow. To avoid duplication, please mark your paperwork with "Confirmation".

WRITTEN ORDERS

If you are familiar with H&b’s products and any corresponding part numbers, and do not need to consult with a Sales representative, please post, fax or email your order. To ensure efficient processing, please include:

CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any terms on the purchaser’s order shall not apply unless explicitly agreed in writing by us.

PRICES

The prices of goods sold are those in effect at the time of sale. Furthermore, the prices listed are those in effect at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice. Whilst this is unlikely, please contact an H&b sales representative for the latest prices. We will be pleased to provide quotations by telephone, email or fax.

VALUE ADDED TAX

VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate, unless VAT exemption applies.

CREDIT CARDS

H&b will accept the following credit/debit cards:

All card payments are subject to a 3.5% surcharge.

DRAWINGS

All drawings issued by H&b remain the property of H&b unless otherwise agreed in writing.

INVOICING

H&b will accept orders and payments in GB Pounds and Euros.

MINIMUM ORDER CHARGE

H&b uphold a minimum order value of £50 excluding carriage and VAT.

TERMS

As agreed in your "Account Acceptance Form" otherwise strictly net monthly.

SHIPPING

Our standard delivery within the UK is next day before 17:30. Upon request a variety of options are available.

Written notice must be given within three working days of receipt if goods are lost or damaged in transit.

RETENTION OF TITLE

All goods sold by H&b remain the property of H&b until payment is made in full.

PENALTY

No orders containing penalty clauses will be accepted without prior written agreement.

CANCELLATION

The company reserves the right to recover from the purchaser all costs incurred in relation to the order up to the time of cancellation. No order may be cancelled except with our agreement in writing.

RETURN / REPAIR ENQUIRIES

All repair enquiries should be directed to an H&b sales representative. When returning the item please ensure you include the following within the package:

WARANTEE

All goods supplied by H&b are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase providing the goods have been correctly installed and are not mechanically damaged. Any items requiring repair will be carried out free of charge.

OEM ACCOUNTS

Please contact H&b to discuss eligibility.

DESIGN AND SPECIFICATIONS

H&b reserves the right to make changes in the design and specifications of any product as engineering advances or necessity requires. H&b’s policy is to make running changes, not model changes, whenever an improvement is possible.
