Your first order with H&b will be on Pro‐Forma terms. Attached with the Pro‐Forma will be a “Credit Account Application Form” (also downloadable from our website). Upon the return and completion of this form, providing it is authorised by H&b, a Credit Account will be opened.

The prices of goods sold are those in effect at the time of sale. Furthermore, the prices listed are those in effect at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice. All card payments are subject to a 3.5% surcharge.
All drawings issued by H&b remain the property of H&b unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our standard delivery within the UK is next day before 17:30. Upon request a variety of options are available.
Written notice must be given within three working days of receipt if goods are lost or damaged in transit.

No orders containing penalty clauses will be accepted without prior written agreement.
The company reserves the right to recover from the purchaser all costs incurred in relation to the order up to the time of cancellation. No order may be cancelled except with our agreement in writing.

All goods supplied by H&b are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase providing the goods have been correctly installed and are not mechanically damaged. Any items requiring repair will be carried out free of charge.
