H&b manaufacture a range of high temperature nickel sheathed miniature heaters. the heaters are designed for use in applications where small size, high reliability and long life are important.

There are two main types of miniature heater available, Constant Wattage Heaters and Self-Regulating Heaters. If you require something outside of this scope, one of our heater specialists will be happy to discuss your requirements.

The heaters featuring a small cross section and highly compacted heating elements for maxium thermal efficiency, can be operated in hostile environments at temperatures up to 1000°C whilst being subjected to high vibration levels.

The miniature heaters have a uniform external diameter of approximately 1.5mm throughout their entire length and are ductile enough to be formed into virtually any shape with a minimum bend radius of 1.5mm.

All the heaters produced by H&b Sensors are extremely adaptable to meet virtually any laboratory or industrial application and can be tailor made to the clients exact requirements by our team of specialists.
